Total Transformation 1

This job totally transformed the front of this charming house by adding a new jarrah door, rendered bricks and a stone cladding feature wall.

Total Transformation 3

Our largest outdoor renovation to date, was this very unusual “A-Frame Style” house in suburbia that had many large, tricky pieces of work. Check the amazing transformation with the before and after slideshows.
The owners were so happy with the results they have contracted us to do their back patio, glass pool fencing and some other odd-jobs!

AFTER

BEFORE

Work done on this job:

  • Removal of all pre-existing rotting garden walls and old paving
  • Installation of limestone block garden-retaining walls with appropriate concrete footings
  • Landscaping, paving and pool capping, including the design aspects of the multi-level entertaining and BBQ areas around the pool.
  • Design and installation of custom PVC Drainage along bottom of house.
  • Modification of front porch/patio area following architects specifications (with some modification to suit the materials used). This porch was built by another company, but the owners were not happy with the result. The remodeling included sourcing and cutting jarrah trim, custom fabrication of steel works required to fit the wood trim to the existing patio, and fitting of additional “Angled-A Beams” to match the styling of the house.
  • Installation of new color-bond fence on one side, after the old fence came down mid job during the “big Perth Storm”.
  • This was all pretty well summed up as just “getting rid of everything in these BEFORE Photos”:
